18. How creativity and personal attention benefit both clients and colleagues

In this session, Axel Rueb will share insights from his work at one of the largest care providers in Amsterdam where he is part of the Centre of Expertise. This team was developed to bridge the gap between daily practice and innovation by translating practical experience into accessible, hands-on tools for both clients and professionals.

He will provide a brief introduction to the organization and its approach, with a particular focus on the creative tools developed within the Centre of Expertise to support everyday work.

The session will explore how these tools are used to strengthen daily practice, improve client support, and build stronger, more connected teams. By integrating creativity, personal attention and engagement into everyday work a parallel system is created that enhances both care outcomes and team dynamics.

Expect practical examples, inspiration and concrete ideas that can be applied within your own context.
